The third chapter of Kappa Sigma Epsilon fraternity – ‘Delta’, was established in 1969 at the Community College of the Finger Lakes (now known as Finger Lakes Community College) in Canandaigua, NY.

In the fall of 1969, Alpha chapter brother Jerry C. Lippincott founded the third chapter of Kappa Sigma Epsilon fraternity, known as ‘Delta Chapter.’

The first initiation of Delta chapter members was held in Alfred on Jan. 8, 1970 at Alpha chapter’s house – Kezia Hall. The thirteen charter members of Delta chapter are known as the “Sixty-niners.”

The first president of Delta Chapter, Kappa Sigma Epsilon fraternity was Jerry C. Lippincott.

Delta Chapter is currently inactive at Finger Lakes Community College. In 2000, the chapter went inactive due to lack of members on campus.
